However, if it is a defective product purchased from Oblack's online shop, you can return it free of charge within 15 calendar days of delivery. If the items in the same order have been delivered in several packages, the 15-day period starts to run from the delivery of the last of the packages.

For any other reason, for returns, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund and for exchanges, the shipping costs will be charged. In both cases, the shipping cost depends on the destination. Exchanges are not allowed outside Spain.

Any return or exchange that does not comply with these conditions will incur an additional charge depending on where the exchange is made from.
