Delivery time depends on where the order has been placed:

- Canary Islands 7 days - Correos

- Rest of Europe 4/7 days - DHL Parcel

Our logistics operator will contact you if there is any failed delivery attempt to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer you can contact Express Correos (Spain) or DHL (international orders) to organize a new collection.

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:

1. Incorrect address: We recommend reviewing that the proportionate address is correct.

2. Falling deliveries: After several attempts the order sent is returned.

Yes, although if you do not make the change because the product is damaged, it is defective or because we have sent you the wrong product, you will be charged the returning shipping costs (5,95€) or they will be deducted from the refundable total.

You can return, without shipping costs, any order made in the online store within 15 calendar days from delivery.

If the articles of the same order have been delivered in several packages, the period of 15 days begins to count from the delivery of the last of the packages.

Send us an email to with your order number, the article you want to return and the reason for the return.

So that we can reimburse you the complete amount of a returned article, the conditions specified in our refund policy.

When we have received the products, we will process the return and make you a refund through the original payment method (usually, within two to five working days).
