Your return shipment is free of charge, items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. If the items of a same order have been separately delivered, the 15 days return period starts after you have received the last item.
You have to send us an email to email@example.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.
In order for us to refund the full amount of a returned item, the following conditions must be met, so that we can establish the characteristics and functionality of the product:
