Refund policy
We design our caps to high standards of quality and performance so that you can enjoy them for their quality, design, or performance. If you wish to return a product, the return policy will depend on where you purchased the product:
Return and Exchange Policy for products purchased from the Oblack online store
If it is a defective product purchased from the Oblack online store, you can return it for free within 15 calendar days from its delivery. If the items from the same order were delivered in several packages, the 15-day period starts from the delivery of the last package.
For any other reason, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund for returns, and for exchanges, the shipping cost will be charged. In both cases, the shipping cost depends on the destination. Exchanges outside of Spain are not accepted.
Send us an email at help@oblackcaps.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

To refund the full amount of a returned item or to exchange it for another product, the following conditions must be met so that we can determine the characteristics and functionality of the product:
- The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
- The product must not be used, washed, or damaged due to use.
- All elements of the original packaging must be included.
Any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions will incur additional charges. The amount of this charge depends on the place from which the exchange is made.
Exchanges of products shipped outside of Spain are not allowed. Returns can be made and are only free if the product is defective. Otherwise, the shipping cost corresponding to the destination will be deducted from the refund.
*Limited editions: if the order is in preparation, it can no longer be cancelled. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received the products, we will process the return and issue a refund via the original payment method (usually within two to five business days). We will send you an email to inform you that the refund has been made. Depending on the payment method, the refund may take up to 10 more days to appear in your account.
Products purchased from an authorized retailer
No refunds will be issued for the return of an item purchased from other authorized retailers. If you purchased the product from an authorized retailer, contact that store for information on their own return policy.
Products purchased on Amazon
No refunds will be issued for the return of items purchased through Amazon. To make returns, contact their customer service department for information on their own return policy.
