Refund policy

All our products are designed and manufactured under high quality standards and strict quality control. The return policy depends on the place where you purchased your product:

Return and exchange policy for products purchased in Oblack's online store.

Exchanges are not available. You can return any item. It must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order. If the items of a same order have been separately delivered, the 15 days return period starts after you have received the last item. 

You have to send us an email to help@oblackcaps.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for the return.

In order for us to refund the full amount of a returned item, the following conditions must be met, so that we can establish the characteristics and functionality of the product:

  • The product is in its original state and packaging
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed and unharmed.
  • All parts of the original packaging are included.

If you do not return a product because it is damaged, faulty or we sent you the wrong item, we will not refund the shipping costs. Moreover, we will substract 5,95€ from your refund to cover the returning costs.

- United States: No returns or exchanges.

When will I get my refund after I returned my order?

Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and issue a refund to your original form of payment, usually within two to five business days. We’ll send you an email to let you know we’ve issued the refund—it may take up to 10 additional days for the funds to show in your account.

Requests for refunds of any article bought at a wholesale partner or other Oblack authorised resellers will not be accepted or approved. If you purchased products at one of our authorised resellers, please get in touch with them, as they have their own return policies.
